Service Fees & ChargesThe District provides water and sewer service to its customers as a result of several contracts entered into with the Denver Board of Water Commissioners, the City of Littleton, and two other Special Districts. Through these contracts, the District is able to provide treatment of its sewage by the City of Littleton as well as maintenance of its water system by Denver.
Underdrain VariancesPer the District’s Rules and Regulations, all new developments within the District and all structures in the District shall have underdrain systems that flow by gravity to the District’s underdrain system unless an underdrain variance is granted.
Utility TransfersTitle Companies: If you are a title company, please contact us at (303) 674-3379, ext. 200, to obtain the customer’s current balance information. Homeowners are billed once per year in February which covers the period of January 1 to December 31 of the same year. We do not prorate bills. The District charges a $45 Utility Transfer Fee.
