The Grant Water & Sanitation District is a local governmental entity formed in 1964 under Colorado law for the purpose of supplying water and sanitary sewer services. The District serves the Grant Ranch area as well as many of the commercial properties on the east side of Wadsworth and along Bowles Avenue to Sheridan Boulevard. The District maintains its own sewer mains and the underdrain system installed in the Grant Ranch. The District has contracted with Denver Water to provide water service to your home. It has also contracted with the City of Littleton to provide sewage treatment services for the District.
