The Grant Water and Sanitation District’s requirements for the provision of water, sewer and underdrain services for undeveloped land is identified in Section 5B of the District’s Rules and Regulations.

The forms identified in Section 5 that are required to be submitted to the District can be downloaded from the Rules and Regulations Section under Exhibits. The District’s easement standards, design specifications and standard details are also available to download.

Service availability letters will be provided by the District for sanitary sewer and underdrain service only. Service availability for water service must be obtained from the Denver Water Department.
